You have the option to choose at the front door of your home or at your garage door. At this time we do not deliver inside the home. If you live in an apartment or condo complex on a level other than ground level, we do charge a stair fee.

The dimensions are 27 X 17 X 12". They are 2.5 cubic feet and can hold 100 lbs. When stacking the totes on top of one another, we suggest only 5 totes high for safety.

We suggest you reserve your totes 1-2 weeks before your move to ensure everything is reserved. But we also accommodate deliveries with as little as 24-hour notice if we have the available inventory.

Yes, we require that someone is present over the age of 18 to accept the totes. A signature confirming you received the totes will be required at the time of drop-off.

Yes! We will include label cards & zip ties to securely keep your totes shut at no extra cost.

We offer a full refund on any order canceled within 72 hours notice. If it’s under 72 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
